General characteristic of RETRA boilers.

Application
The boiler is applied for central heating of industrial premises, timber drying, and housing. In particular, for woodworking- and small-scale enterprises, farms, pavilions, schools, stores etc.

Fuel material
The boiler is adapted for burning any kind of raw material. Such as: coal, peat brick, sawdust, wooden pieces, brushwood, straw, waste paper etc. The most efficient application is to use compounds of high-energy fuel (black coal, peat brick) along with low-calorie fuel (sawdust, brushwood, straw).

Structure
RETRA-3M boiler is a configuration of steel sheets with the extended surface of heat intake. The boiler has tri-chambered structure. The first fire chamber has large volume, prolonging burning period for one-time fuel charging. No continuous servicing required after firing. The second and the third fire chambers are functioning as heat-removers of firing product; they also have large heat-exchange surface. Fire bars are equipped with a mechanical disintegrator. In case of need, an air-feed fan installation provided for burning process augmentation. The boiler’s shell is heat-insulated.

• Capacity 22 – 1000 kW;
• Heated water temperature: Tmax = 95°C;
• Operating pressure: P =0,2 – 0,3 MPa;
• Coefficient of efficiency (depending on fuel type) – up to 93%.

Warranty:
• Warranty period of 24 months in case of meeting the maintenance conditions;
• Constant service after warranty termination;
• Detailed operating manual of the boiler.

Thermoregulation
The structure of the boiler provides a control system based on electronic thermoregulator mounted on the boiler. Depending on the output water temperature, the thermoregulator switches the air-feed fan and the circulating pump of heating system on or off.

Ecological compatibility
• Total lack of fume and toxic agents;
• People may freely stay in the same area with waste gases during a long time.

Efficiency
• Depending on the fuel type, the coefficient of efficiency of RETRA-3M boilers reaches 93%. That is much higher than worldwide analogs.

Operation simplicity
• Temperature adjustment accuracy to within 1°C;
• It is possible to stop the boiler using the controlling system.

Maintenance simplicity
• Possibility to stoke fuel once per day;
• Ash removing from the device even during operation;
• Maintenance frequency – not more often than once it two months.

Fuel indiscrimination
• No need to grind a fuel;
• Possibility of using high-humidity fuel (60% of humidity and higher).

Durability
• The boiler will function more than 15 years, in case of meeting the operating rules.
