Separators are manufactured in two types: with operational cone from glass-fiber material and stainless steel.

Production of cone-shaped separators is made on individual order considering the characteristics of a specific raw material that comes to treatment and on that depends the size and the scheme of pulp movement in separator.

Cone-shaped separators have a number of advantages in comparison to helical (spiral) ones which have gained wide usage presently in the world practice of ore concentration:

• lower consumption per ton of charge ore;
• lower price of auxiliary equipment;
• less water consumption for concentration;
• less electric power consumption for pulp transferring;
• less demand for service team, simplicity of maintenance and control;
