Tire-protecting chains.

Tire-protecting chains are used for wheeled trucks and excavators, bulldozers, mine and pit lorries, scrapers and graders. The chains provide effective protection of tires form premature deterioration, cuts and punctures, flaking of protectors during hard conditions of pits and when used on hard rocks as well as on hot slag.

Tire-protecting chains possess a number of advantages as following:
1. Saving costs at using heavy quarry equipment . Operation life of wheel used in tire-protecting chain is 4-5 times longer than that of an unprotected wheel.
2. Due to the increase of haul power the slip at the scoop filling is lowered which leads to the low fuel consumption and to the increase of equipment efficiency.
3. Chain wear goes gradually which allows to plan properly the time of its change. Tire-protecting chains are repairable and don’t need much costs for service.
